Our summer VAST Speed & Agility Sports Camp is about helping campers improve:

Each day is carefully structured to address key areas that have a direct impact on the sports they play. Campers will learn how to run properly which has a positive impact on multiple sports. Competitions are held multiple times each day to help campers learn how to be good sports and better teammates. Each Week we will nominate a team and player of the week and engage in team building activities.
