Adult Fitness Training
If you are an adult that is looking to stay in shape, lose weight, or get toned, then join our Adult Fitness Training Group! We provide circuit style training that focuses on cardio, strength, plyometric, speed, and flexibility. Our specialized trainers are experienced in modifying workouts for any age, fitness level or pre-existence injury. The program is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
